Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US yet.
How long it takes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Every order ships from our warehouse in the US with tracking, and you'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's total weight and the speed you choose. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email care@nuraveda.com as soon as you can, ideally within 2 hours of ordering, before your order is prepared.
Damaged or lost packages
See our Refund policy: report damage within 30 days of delivery, or a lost package within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll replace or refund it.
